Stossel: Another Useless Republican, Linda McMahon

Wow. Ouch. Well he does have some points. Her backpedaling on the minimum wage issue is irritating, among some other things.

"What a wimp.   If so-called Tea Party Republicans won’t advocate sensible economics, who will?"

But I don't know that I'd call her a "Tea Party Republican". I don't think those even exist here in CT. I love John Stossel's work, but this sounds a little like sour grapes to me.

Hollywood Hypocrisy: Oliver Stone’s ‘Wall Street’ Sequel Funded by Product Placement

More leftist hypocrisy. Bitch and moan about capitalism until the checkbook comes out, then it's belly up to the bar. Mr. Stone you are a piece of crap.

“The report said DHS has failed to develop a comprehensive strategy to defend the nation against nuclear threats from around the globe despite a 2008 admonition from Congress to do so.”

Pakistan (that’s Pock-ee-stonn, you low life, uneducated Cretans…) has other priorities right now:

She, her husband, and her elderly mother-in-law huddle inside their tent trying to keep warm.”

Those Underpaid Government Workers

The definition of big government:

The private sector has lost 2.5 million jobs since the Obama administration’s stimulus bill was passed, while the public sector — federal, state, and local government combined — has added 416,000 jobs over the same period.”
